1. Upon his plea of no contest, Michael R. Meurer was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense) pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 346.63(1)(a). Pretrial, Meurer moved to bar the State from relying on the presumption of automatic admissibility accorded to the result of a chemical test performed on his blood. The trial court denied the motion. Meurer challenges this ruling on appeal.
